Relationship Counseling
Relationship counseling is not just for relationships that are experiencing difficulties and issues. Relationship counseling can help a new couple to establish and maintain healthy communication and conflict resolution from the beginning. If you are in a relationship that is experiencing difficulties and issues, then counseling can help you gain to the tools to overcome those difficulties. I feel that it is important to provide a space that is safe and supportive for each person in the relationship. Through the process of discovering what is working and what needs improving the individuals can begin to utilize the skills gained in therapy. Relationship counseling is designed to help the individuals in the relationship to recognize and resolve any form of conflict or challenges that may be impacting the relationship. As an affirmative therapist I provide the space for consensual non-monogamous relationships as well.
